You combine strong leadership capabilities with a consultative approach, influencing senior stakeholders through market expertise, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of executive-level talent needs. * Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders, building strong, long-term relationships aligned with business objectives. * Lead and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning and senior-level hiring initiatives. * Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams, fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and excellence. * Own and influence critical and executive searches, ensuring a premium experience for both stakeholders and candidates. * Leverage talent intelligence, market insights, and performance metrics to guide executive decision-making and demonstrate impact. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong experience leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategies in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations. * Proven ability to partner with VP and executive-level stakeholders, influencing decisions through credibility, data, and market expertise. * Hands-on leadership style with demonstrated success building, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruitment teams. * Deep understanding of executive and senior-level hiring, workforce planning, and talent market dynamics. * Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to translate talent insights into strategic recommendations. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience representing the talent function in executive forums, leadership meetings, or board-level discussions. * Experience working in global or multi-regional environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
