What You'll Do
The Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Costa Rica as part of the North America Talent Acquisition Operations team, will lead and develop a dedicated group of Talent Acquisition Operations professionals. This role is responsible for the day-to-day line management of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems and administrative support across offices and the region.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will drive high-quality, centralized recruiting operations for North America entry-level consultant hiring. In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations leadership team, office recruiting teams, and regional recruiting teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and consulting teams. You will lead, coach, and develop a large team of Talent Acquisition Operations professionals to meet the organization’s evolving operational needs. Additionally, you will oversee key projects and continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems as we scale.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred3-5 years of previous recruiting, HR, operations or other related experience. Who You'll Work With
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager and partner with the North America Talent Acquisition Operations team based in our Nexus offices. In this role, you will work closely with office and regional recruiting teams across North America, as well as hiring managers and candidates, to ensure an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process.
