Talent Acquisition Manager, JBS
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for JLL Business Services, our internal shared service business line. Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, the successful candidate will lead and manage the Costa Rica JBS Talent Acquisition Team in driving the recruitment strategy and enabling the growth that JBS has planned for 2025 and beyond. You will play an important part in embedding consistent processes and practices while ensuring continued success against key performance indicators and delivery against challenging growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring demands across multiple business lines and locations
Develop and optimize sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines for recurring or large-scale hiring needs
Implement data-driven recruitment approaches to continuously improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics
Leverage recruitment technology and automation tools to streamline high-volume processes
Develop/contribute towards employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and develop brand EVP
Monitor recruitment analytics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators
Leads and Inspires a Team
Lead a team of high-volume recruiters, including hiring, training, coaching, and development.
Set clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for team members and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
Effectively allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to maximize productivity and ensure the successful completion of key milestones.
Drives Full Cycle Recruitment Activity:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create efficient recruitment plans
Utilize various channels and tools to attract high-quality candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings/interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate the interview and feedback process.
Deliver employment offers and negotiate terms as required.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all recruitment activities
Candidate Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Skillfully promoting our brand, values and culture in every connection.
Sound like you? To apply you’ll need to be:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8-12 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years specifically in high-volume recruiting environments
Experience managing and developing recruitment teams
Proven track record of successfully implementing efficient recruitment strategies for large-scale hiring initiatives
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding principles
Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
Data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
