**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager**
**About the Role**
To our Team we are looking for a seasoned Team Leader, with great enthusiasm and genuine passion for recruitment area, always up to date with the freshest market trends that bring added value for the business.
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee a small team of talent acquisition professionals and develop recruiting initiatives, strategies, and operations.
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company
**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Creating and driving the implementation of recruitment strategies
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
+ Bringing the best practices and benchmarks from the market, and provide market insights to stakeholders
+ Executing and delivering recruitment KPIs: Sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, time to hire
+ Preparing periodic reports and analyses on the effectiveness of undertaken activities
+ Building partner relations with internal & external stakeholders
+ Supporting business in defining recruitment needs and workforce planning
+ Cooperation with personnel agencies as part of ongoing recruitment processes when required
+ Implementation of Employer Branding activities
+ Managing recruitment budget
**What You’ll Need**
+ At least 4 years of experience in managing a team of recruiters
+ Solid experience in external recruitment for Finance and IT sectors, experience in SSC/BPO will be an advantage
+ Proven track record in various recruitment strategies and employer branding activities
+ Demonstrating ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment
+ Being an Initiator with a proactive attitude
+ Being keen and successful in working collaboratively and in developing strong, positive working relationships across the organization
+ Presenting excellent communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills
+ Knowledge of the newest recruitment trends & technology
+ Fluent English (written and spoken) – at least C1
+ Good task management & prioritization skills
