Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can forecast future talent needs and lead a team to attract and retain top talent across all levels.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business strategy and forecast future talent needs.Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic talent requirements and provide expert guidance on market trends, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment methodologies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and technology vendors.Drive the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.Analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively.Champion the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant technologies to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.Stay up to date on industry trends, keeping abreast of new recruitment technologies and strategies.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are hired.Essential SkillsTalent acquisition expertiseRecruiting and full cycle recruiting experienceProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Smart Recruiter)Talent management skillsExperience in TA strategy developmentAdditional Skills & Qualifications5-7 years of talent acquisition or management experienceBachelor's degree preferredStrong human resources and onboarding skillsWork Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work on-site from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
