**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…**
The Talent Acquisition Team Leader (Supervision level - for high volume recruiting -operational/frontlineroles) will lead a team of recruiters in Brazil, that will be responsible for massive recruitment in Chile, Argentina and Brazil, foroperational/frontlineroles across multiple verticals in the region. We are seeking a transformational leader who does not fear change, has an innovative mindset, and has a passion for recruiting.
The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will be responsible for upholding recruitment operations, delivery, and strategy across Frontline and Operational recruitment.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition LATAM, you will assume responsibility for the day to day leadership of the team, whilst also carrying requisition of your own.
Some of the key duties will be as follows:
+ Ensure high performance from the Recruiters through effective coaching and setting clear objectives.
+ Allocate work to the team, and monitor performance using various reports.
+ Build relationships with hiring managers throughout the South LATAM region to understand their current and future requirements.
+ Assist HR Business Partners to define strategic workforce plans for their business area.
+ Managing the full recruitment process; including assessment, offers and collaborating with HR Operations to ensure a positive candidate experience
+ Constantly review the recruitment processes, suggesting changes to improve candidate and manager experience.
+ Advise managers on recruiting best practice including candidate assessment and internal processes.
+ Work with the Compensation team to ensure we are competitive across the entire region, ensuring the manager's and candidate's expectations are managed.
+ Liaise with various internal stakeholders within HR and the greater organization to assist in process and system improvements.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
We are looking for a strong relationship builder with the business acumen to address current and forecasted recruitment requirements by aligning your team’s activities accordingly.
**You must also possess the following:**
+ Significant experience sourcing operations and support skill sets in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lift team performance through development and coaching of staff.
+ You will have a general knowledge of relevant legislation and an awareness of diversity and inclusion when recruiting.
+ Strong IT skills including applicant tracking software and people management software. A working knowledge of Workday Recruiter is highly beneficial.
+ Self-motivated with a work ethic that will allow you to work remotely with little supervision whilst meeting the high demands of the business.
+ Written and spoken English/Spanish to a professional proficiency is essential.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…**
+ Experience leading frontline, massive, and/or operational level recruitment
+ Solid experience working in talent acquisition
+ Experience in a people leadership position
+ Proven leadership of full life cycle recruitment functions from strategic sourcing through onboarding
+ Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with business leaders
+ Experience working across the LATAM region
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
+ Solid English/Spanish skills
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS…**
+ Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
+ Have a blended background in a combination of Agency, RPO, and Frontline recruiting.
