ResponsibilitiesServe as the single point of contact for the Country President, ensuring all TA needs are metLead hiring fulfillment across Japan and related centers, partnering with global RPO providersDrive performance improvement initiatives with RPO and TA Operations teamsParticipate in customer reviews and provide market intelligence and TA performance insightsManage country-level escalations, issues, and initiative deploymentsCoordinate support from other COEs and HR teams to enable changeCollaborate with practice-aligned TA leaders to resolve challenges across countriesBuild strategic hiring plans based on growth, transitions, and stakeholder inputAnalyze key TA metrics (speed, satisfaction, quality) to identify issues and solutionsAct as a talent advisor, offering insights on hiring trends, skill gaps, and competitive strategiesEnsure RPO providers prioritize the right roles at the right time

Who You Are

Required Skills and Expertise:Beneficial: Significant experience of working with Recruitment Process Outsource Partners to fulfill Talent Acquisition needs. Must have worked in TA Leadership role in an organisation leveraging RPO for Hiring Fulfillment. Understands the Governance processes supporting outsourced recruitment models.Has personally led Talent Acquisition Process Improvement / Transformation Initiatives with demonstrable track record.Delivering Talent Acquisition Strategies and Services in a Multinational Business environment.Proven track record of driving and leading continuous process improvement initiatives & creating strong partnerships with business stakeholders.Strong critical analytical skills – able to synthesise complex challenges into component parts and create logical prioritised plans to resolve.Significant professional expertise working as Talent Acquisition Practitioner in the IT / Managed Services / Professional Services domain.Fluent in written and verbal in Japanese and EnglishBachelors DegreeBeneficial:Formal process improvement methodology e.g. Lean Six SigmaAgile Practitioner / Experience
