**Job Description**
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and support broader hiring programs, ensuring quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience are consistently high.
+ Drive a metrics-led recruitment culture, tracking performance against KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and requisition aging.
+ Lead weekly hiring reviews with stakeholders, presenting progress, risks, and solutions to ensure delivery targets are met.
+ Ensure all requisitions are opened, managed, and closed in a timely and compliant manner across programs.
+ Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in driving operational excellence across multiple recruitment programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
+ Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor team performance, hiring effectiveness, and program outcomes.
+ Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
+ Mentor junior team members and uphold high standards of delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large organization.
+ Prior experience of nationalisation strategies and managing major recruitment programs in the Middle East is essential.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Smart Recruiters), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Highly organized, delivery-focused, and metrics-driven.
+ Confident, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Analytical mindset with a passion for data and reporting accuracy.
