Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Talent Acquisition (TA) Engineering team has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in El Segundo, California!

This role will be responsible for collaborating with business and Human Resources (HR) partners as well as Talent Acquisition Leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive our business forward. You will act as a lead for a team of full lifecycle recruiters while developing short and long-term recruiting strategies for Boeing Defense, Space and Security. Position Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

Use metrics and data analysis to develop strategies and efficiencies in the hiring process and for future forecasting

Develop and own recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges

Lead reporting and data analysis for BDS hiring and present to TA and business leaders

Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within the expected timeline

Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience

Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

Search external resume databases proactively using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment

Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with candidates to retain interest

Facilitate resolution of hiring concerns by providing leadership support

Participate in identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing efficiency

Participate in recruiting events as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)

5+ years of experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs

5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

3+ years of experience leading and/or training talent advisors, functioning as a subject matter expert

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Active US Security Clearance

Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances

Experience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies

Experience attending and assisting with hiring events

Summary pay range: $125,800 - $185,000
