Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to oversee recruitment across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end hiring strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong partnerships with business leaders to attract top talent. The TA Lead will manage a team of recruiters, optimize processes, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for SEA.

Partner with regional and global stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

Operational Excellence

Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all SEA countries, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Drive process consistency, compliance, and data integrity across systems (Workday, Avature).

Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets.

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and talent solutions.

Manage agency relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.

Employer Branding

Champion employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs to strengthen talent pipelines.

Metrics & Reporting

Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.

Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across multiple countries.

Strong knowledge of SEA talent markets and recruitment best practices.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in recruitment systems (Workday, Avature) and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
