We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented current undergraduate or graduate student to join our team and support us in building an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment engine running smoothly by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and providing essential administrative support to the TA team.

 

Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management.Partnering with the interviewers’ during interview rounds to ensure that the sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting process, providing an outstanding candidate experience.Establishing relationships with applicants, handling inquiries and being a point of contact for candidates in terms of process logistics. Supporting Recruiting Team in relevant projects related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

What You'll Bring

University degree in progress or recently obtainedProficiency in MS Office – Excel, Outlook and PowerPointHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsResourcefulness and good problem-solving skillsExcellent written and spoken English and Polish language skillsIdeally, some previous professional experience in human resources, recruiting, or administration

You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally.
