Talent Acquisition intern with English

**Introduction**
We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in recruitment and learn the end-to-end selection process, while primarily focusing on the early stages through candidate screening.
You will explore different business domains and countries within our EMEA region, gaining insight into the diverse career paths our organization offers. Along the way, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, develop an understanding of our organizational structure and workforce planning (what happens behind the scenes of hiring), and build practical skills with industry leading recruitment tools
**Your role and responsibilities**
You will be involved mainly in the first stage of the selection process, focusing on screening-related activities and other administrative tasks that support our recruitment operations.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn from us and:
Understand the full selection process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Explore the different domains, countries, and career paths within our organization.
Gain a basic understanding of recruitment KPIs and how to track them.
Learn how to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, both internal teams and external.
Develop an understanding of our organizational structure and workforce planning processes.
Get hands-on experience with industry-leading recruitment tools
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to collaborate in a fast paced environment
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Background in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources would be a plus.
Knowledge of another European language would be a valuable asset.
