This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process across various roles, including internships, entry-level and experienced hires, including job posting, CV screening, sending of technical tests (if any)Schedule and coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and interviewersMaintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Follow up and liaise with the remote Onboarding team to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hiresSupport and participate in employer branding and early careers initiatives, including recruitment events and campus activitiesConceptualise engagement/networking events for existing interns, and design post-internship engagement strategiesProvide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as neededRequirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or any related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to handle confidential information professionallyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with good organisational and time-management abilitiesProactive, strong learning ability, and has a passion towards Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Employer BrandingAble to commit ideally for a 6-month period on full-time basis, or at least part-time with a minimum of 3 days per weekAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
