The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a 3-month Intern at our global business center in Johnston, IA. Our Talent Acquisition team is a key part of Corteva’s People team, dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent across all levels of the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects and to ensure the success of our internship program.
Your job will include activities such as:
Support the planning of university recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews, etc.)Coordinate intern program activities and social eventsCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance the candidate experienceContribute to employer branding efforts through social media, digital content, and event materialsProvide general support to the Recruiting team.Some projects may include: planning and executing recruitment marketing email campaigns and communication materials, tracking metrics, assisting with intern program events and coordination, reviewing and updating policies on our intranet, and creating internal communications and materials.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in university recruiting, employer branding, and early talent strategy at a Fortune 500 company committed to innovation and sustainability. You will receive mentorship from Human Resources professionals and gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting at a global organization, as well as a chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact the future of agriculture.
Qualification Requirements
Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related fieldsMinimum GPA: 3.0Excel and PowerPoint skills required; design skills and social media marketing experience preferredStrong interest in talent acquisition, university relations, or HRExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStarting date: May 2026
