Reporting to our Head of Global Talent, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for the Fall 2025 semester. This role will focus primarily on interview coordination and candidate sourcing to support our growing hiring needs. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations while providing critical support to our Global team. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholdersManage complex interview logistics including panel interviews and technical assessmentsSend interview confirmations, prep materials, and follow-up communications to candidatesMaintain accurate scheduling in our ATS (Lever) and calendar systemsCoordinate interview feedback collection and ensure timely completionHandle last-minute scheduling changes and communicate updates to all partiesResearch and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other platformsBuild targeted candidate lists for priority roles across various departmentsMaintain organized sourcing records and candidate tracking systemsSupport the development of talent pipelines for future hiring needsAssist with Boolean search strategies and sourcing technique improvementsUpdate candidate profiles and interview feedback in Lever ATSPrepare interview packets and technical assessment materialsTrack recruiting metrics including interview completion rates and scheduling efficiencySupport candidate experience initiatives and process improvementsAssist with job posting maintenance across various platforms
Who You Are Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate programAvailable to work 20+ hours per week during Fall 2025 semesterExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management toolsAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional phone and email etiquettePrevious experience with scheduling, coordination, or administrative rolesFamiliarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platformsBasic understanding of ATS systems or recruiting tools, specifically Lever and GoodtimeInterest in Talent Acquisition and/or Data AnalyticsExperience working in collaborative team environmentsStrong problem-solving skills for scheduling conflicts and logistics challengesWhat You'll Gain Hands-on experience with interview coordination and candidate experience managementExposure to sourcing strategies and talent pipeline developmentTraining on recruiting tools including Lever ATS and LinkedInMentorship from experienced talent acquisition professionalsUnderstanding of recruiting operations in a high-growth tech environmentAdvanced scheduling and coordination skillsProfessional communication and stakeholder managementSourcing and research capabilitiesATS and recruiting tool proficiencyProcess optimization and efficiency improvementsPotential to expand role responsibilities based on performanceExposure to various aspects of talent acquisition operationsNetworking opportunities within Samba TV's hiring team and leadershipFoundation for future career in talent acquisition or HR$20 - $25 an hourSamba TV expects to offer between $20 - $25 per hour for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
