Role purpose:

To design, develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and solutions that enable the organization while implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies, processes and programs that enhance the recruitment experience, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Main activities:

Leveraging best practices technology to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectivenessIdentifying and implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies and toolsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and RPO managementAnalyzing recruitment metrics and data to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize recruitment processesDeveloping and maintaining dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance and metricsIdentifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
