**Essential Functions**
+ Coordinate complex recruiting scheduling across a wide range of timezones for multiple candidates weekly.
+ Provide high level of interaction with candidates, supporting them and setting them up for success at interview.
+ Act as the candidate’s main point of contact via requesting availability, confirming interviews, answering questions, giving updates on the process, and making changes as needed.
+ Work on projects teams aimed to create the highest standard of candidate experience and seamless recruitment process.
+ Provide support to the hiring team by being responsive to queries and requests.
+ Prepare new hire paperwork and employment contracts ensuring legislation requirements are met.
+ Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
+ Support with reporting on recruiting and sourcing activities.
+ Attend job fairs and careers events.
**Your Profile**
+ You should be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or similar fields
+ Be ready to commit to an internship with NetApp for a period of 6 months
+ You have a first experience in a TA or HR department
+ Have excellent communication skills in English (C1-C2 level) and ideally French or a speaker of another european language
+ Ability to organise, prioritize and complete projects within deadline
+ Strong admin and coordination skills
+ Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
