\n\t\t\t\t\tResponsibilities:\n•\tManage preboarding tasks to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day and have a seamless transition into the organization\n•\tEnsure accurate and up-to-date data entry in Workday, our Human Capital Management (HCM)\n•\tCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across multiple time zones and departments\n•\tManage candidate communication throughout the interview process, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience\n•\tArrange travel and accommodations for candidates, in compliance with company policy\n•\tCoordinate the hiring process for contingent workers, including onboarding support, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements\n•\tMonitor employee referrals and generate reports to triage outstanding employee referrals\n•\tEnsure adherence to employment laws and company policies in recruitment activities

Additional Skills & Qualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\tExperience Required: \n•\tBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n•\t2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support\n•\tExperience with an ATS or HCM platform (Workday preferred)\n•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with managing calendars.\n•\tMust demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment\n•\tStrong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy\n•\tExceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with a focus on professionalism and clarity\n•\tCollaborative and adaptable with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset \n•\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
