Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Description Responsibilities: • Manage preboarding tasks to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day and have a seamless transition into the organization • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in Workday, our Human Capital Management (HCM) • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across multiple time zones and departments • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, in compliance with company policy • Coordinate the hiring process for contingent workers, including onboarding support, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Monitor employee referrals and generate reports to triage outstanding employee referrals • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies in recruitment activities Skills Talent acquisition, human resources, Recruitment, Administration, Administrative support, Microsoft office, Applicant tracking systems, Recruiting, Onboarding, schedule appointments, Customer service oriented, Hr administration Top Skills Details Talent acquisition,human resources,Recruitment,Administration,Administrative support,Microsoft office,Applicant tracking systems,Recruiting,Onboarding,schedule appointments Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support • Experience with an ATS or HCM platform (Workday preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with managing calendars. • Must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with a focus on professionalism and clarity • Collaborative and adaptable with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
