The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides end-to-end administrative and operational support across all functions of the Talent Acquisition department, from interview scheduling through onboarding and post-offer activities. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently under limited supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job FunctionsPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process while delivering a positive candidate experience.Schedule interviews by coordinating availability with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.Arrange candidate travel accommodations as needed and process reimbursement requests.Initiate and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring applications, onboarding documents, and I-9s are completed accurately and on time.Audit hiring and onboarding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.Conduct new hire orientation for assigned locations, as applicable.Schedule and track pre-employment drug tests, physicals, and other screening requirements.Monitor and track onboarding check results, escalating issues as needed.Maintain and coordinate on-site hiring files, including historical I-9s, job and requisition files.Administer or assist with employment testing as required.SkillsTalent AcquisitionRecruiting and RecruitmentHuman ResourcesFull-Cycle RecruitingOnboardingApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong technical aptitude, including experience with ATS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Collaborative team player who works effectively with diverse stakeholders.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.DetailsThis is a remote position but candidate must reside within 50 miles of our client's facility. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
