**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports internal and external recruiting process while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire on-boarding. This position may also execute full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions. **Candidate must live in** **Arizona or Nevada** **(Remote Role)** **Job Requirements** **Candidate must live in Arizona or Nevada (Remote Role)** + HS Diploma/GED + Two (2) years relevant work experience that demonstrates a high level of professionalism; excellent written and verbal communications skills and sound time-management skills + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment + Ability to build and foster effective relationships with customers + Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions + Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products is also required **Preferred Qualifications** : + Some college and prior experience in human resources + Previous recruiting experience and/or working knowledge of iCims including experience with full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions + Union environment experience a plus **Where You'll Work** Inspired by faith.
