Make a real impact in shaping our workforce. **What you'll do** + Act as the first point of contact for candidate and employee inquiries related to Talent Acquisition processes. + Coordinate interview scheduling, travel arrangements (if applicable), and candidate communications. + Support pre-employment activities including background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation. + Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other TA platforms. + Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external regulations. + Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvements. + Ensure that all actions taken by the Tier 1 Team comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). + Participate in regular audits of helpdesk processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. + Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes. + Assist with reporting and analytics related to recruitment metrics and pipeline activity. + Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives as needed. **What We’re Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination. + Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday). **What Will Set You Apart** + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. + Intermediate Portuguese proficiency desired. \#LI-RB3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
