Job Description
This role provides comprehensive support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department, from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates and managing post-employment offer activities. The position involves assisting personnel involved in the Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. The role requires the ability to work accurately and efficiently under limited supervision and involves some independent judgment.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process, delivering a positive candidate experience.Schedule interviews, coordinating with candidates, managers, and interview teams.Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and process reimbursement requests.Initiate and shepherd candidates through the hiring process by ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely.Audit information handled during the process for accuracy, completion, and compliance.Conduct new hire orientation for applicable locations as assigned.Schedule and track drug tests and physicals for candidates and monitor background check results.Coordinate any on-site files at the location, including historical I-9 originals, job/requisition files, etc.Administer or assist with employment tests as needed.Essential SkillsTalent acquisition and onboarding experience.Strong customer service skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's degree in a related area preferred.Six years of experience in the field or in a related area.Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures, including full life-cycle recruiting.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong customer-oriented taskmaster.Ability to create a warm, inviting, and welcoming environment for candidates.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Technologically savvy with proven knowledge of recruiting technologies and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment.Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within 50 miles of the office in Columbus, OH, or Tulsa, OK. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers PTO and Holiday Pay while on contract with the potential to become permanent.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $25.00/hr.
