Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development through the support and execution of a variety of administrative functions, including generating and auditing reports, metric tracking, coordinating labor requests, sourcing and other projects.
YOUR TASKS Coordinate and track labor requisition requests. Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and networking platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage, audit and report on Talent Acquisition requisitions and metrics, ensuring ongoing and accurate reporting and analysis. Participate in various hiring initiatives and projects, providing logistical and administrative support. Contribute to process improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions. Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS. Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training. Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs. Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements. Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.YOUR PROFILE 2 plus years' experience providing HR administrative support. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability. Aptitude for learning new software and systems. Ability to work flexible hours. Previous HR experience in 3PL/Distribution environments preferred.
