Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting our talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities + Manage pre-boarding tasks to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day and have a seamless transition into the organization. + Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in Workday, our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. + Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across multiple time zones and departments. + Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience. + Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, in compliance with company policy. + Coordinate the hiring process for contingent workers, including onboarding support, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. + Monitor employee referrals and generate reports to triage outstanding employee referrals. + Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies in recruitment activities. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support. + Experience with an ATS or HCM platform (Workday preferred). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with managing calendars. + Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. + Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with a focus on professionalism and clarity. + Collaborative and adaptable with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Talent acquisition, human resources, recruitment, administration, and administrative support. + Experience in scheduling interviews and working with relocation partners. + Customer service-oriented approach. + Ability to support multiple recruiters. Work Environment This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, located in Brookfield, WI. You will be part of a supportive team, reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations. The team includes another full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and together you will support seven recruiters. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
