**Job Summary**
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing recruitment systems, and handling pre-onboarding activities to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment Support**
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
+ Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
+ Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps.
+ Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
**Pre-Onboarding Activities**
+ Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
+ Ensure timely collection and processing of pre-employment documents (e.g., IDs, clearances, forms).
+ Schedule and confirm onboarding sessions or orientations.
+ Maintain accurate records of onboarding status and documentation.
**Administrative & Reporting**
+ Generate recruitment and onboarding reports as needed.
+ Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
+ Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination preferred.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
