As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will collaborate with hiring managers to assess current and future staffing needs. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and Senior Specialists to address recruitment needs in construction and corporate sectors. Your role will involve developing and executing sourcing strategies using social networks, job boards, and niche platforms.
Responsibilities
Communicate with candidates with up to 3 years of experience using various forms of communication.Source and screen candidates for interviews with decision-makers.Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and talent communities.Manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Track and report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal hiring policies.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-performing talent.Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and focus on placing operations roles including project managers, superintendents, QA/QC, safety, scheduling, and estimating roles.Essential Skills
5-8+ years' experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between roles.Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is highly recommended.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews.High-volume recruitment experience with the capability to manage 50-60 open requisitions at a time.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting for corporate roles, HR, etc., for at least 2 to 5 years.Drive for success and ability to prioritize requisitions effectively.Work Environment
This position is based in Dallas and requires you to work in the office for 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days. The role offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity for extension due to the company's growth and project expansion.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.29/hr.
