Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social networks, job boards, and niche platforms. Communicate with entry-level to three-year candidates using various forms of communication. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal hiring policies. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.Work with Talent Acquisition Managers and Lead Specialists to address needs in the construction and corporate sectors.Develop sourcing strategies utilizing social networks, job boards, and niche platforms.Communicate effectively with candidates at entry-level to three-year experience levels.Source and screen candidates for interviews with decision-makers.Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and talent communities.Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from screening to offer negotiation.Track and report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal hiring policies.Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract a diverse and high-performing workforce.Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a maximum of 5 years.Experience in recruiting for construction and skilled trades.Proficiency in recruiting for corporate and entry-level roles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift between roles.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews.High volume experience managing 20-30 requisitions at a time.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.A drive for success and ability to prioritize requisitions.Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work environment, with two days in the office per week and three days working from home. The office is located in downtown KC, and you will share a desk with a colleague on alternating in-office days. A schedule of in-office and work-from-home days will be established upon hiring.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
