The Talent Acquisition Consultant’s main responsibility is to manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill assigned hiring requirements.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Establish a clear understanding of recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss hiring needs.
• Build applicant pipelines through partnerships with colleges/universities, employment agencies, and job posting websites; leverage social media platforms and explore non-traditional recruitment channels.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks, and joining professional organizations.
• Partner effectively with hiring and project managers to gain a deeper understanding of assigned requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Utilize all available recruitment sources to meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Maintain regular and timely stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
• Meet SLAs and recruitment metrics as agreed with key stakeholders, providing regular updates to the resourcing team.
• Use available tracking and monitoring tools to measure progress and assess the effectiveness of implemented recruitment strategies.
• Execute recruitment programs and strategies, ensuring that all processes and procedures are implemented efficiently and effectively.
• University graduate with substantial proven industry experience and a strong track record of performance.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a BPO environment.
• Preferably experienced in working within a multinational organization with a global operating model.
• Possesses strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly resourceful, resilient, and engaging; demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering value to stakeholders.
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule under a hybrid setup based in McKinley, Taguig.
