About the Role
Were looking for a driven and commercially minded individual with strong B2B and business development acumen to join our team. This is a 360° consulting role with a sharp focus on recruitment, client acquisition and partnerships. Lead & Grow New Business
· Identify, target, and acquire new clients across diverse industries
· Develop tailored recruitment solutions and pitch them to C-level executives and decision-makers
· Build and leverage networks through cold and warm outreach, events, and partnerships
· Reverse-market high-potential candidates to open new conversations
· Own your sales funnel and track pipeline activity in our CRM
Client & Account Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients
· Deep-dive into clients business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
· Foster long-term relationships and unlock additional revenue opportunities
· Deliver high-quality recruitment and consulting services
Sourcing & Talent Advisory
· Learn and develop skills in sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement
· Match top talent with client needs – end to end recruitment
· Offer market intelligence and hiring advice to clients
Market Engagement
· Stay up to date on trends, talent movements, and business shifts across sectors
· Attend industry events and represent the Polyglot brand with professionalism and insight
· Collaborate internally with marketing and other consultants to amplify your outreach
