As a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence Specialist at Trane Technologies, you will play an important role in supporting global talent acquisition processes and helping them run smoothly and effectively. This position provides broad exposure to the full talent acquisition lifecycle, with the opportunity to contribute across systems, reporting, compliance, training, documentation, and user support. In partnership with teams across regions, you will help create a consistent and positive experience for recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and improving how work gets done every day. It offers strong visibility into global talent acquisition operations and the chance to make a meaningful impact through thoughtful execution, responsiveness, curiosity, and attention to detail.

What you will do:

Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives by helping coordinate activities, complete assigned deliverables, and ensure work moves forward on time and with strong attention to detail.Create, update, and maintain standard work, process documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials to support consistency across the talent acquisition process.Perform testing for system updates, enhancements, and new functionality, using a thorough and curious approach to ensure all scenarios, impacts, and downstream processes are properly covered.Monitor and respond to support requests through Service Now, resolving issues where possible and escalating more complex items to the appropriate subject matter experts.Provide day-to-day support to Talent Acquisition team members, Human Resources, and hiring managers on processes, tools, and best practices in partnership with subject matter experts.Support reporting, audits, and data quality activities to help maintain accurate recruitment data, strengthen compliance, and assist with annual audits.

 

What you will bring: 

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create and maintain accurate standard work, documentation, and training materials, and to approach testing thoroughly to ensure all scenarios are considered.Hands-on experience supporting talent acquisition, HR operations, or related processes, including work with applicant tracking systems, case management tools, reporting, and user support.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide effective support to a variety of stakeholders across teams and regions.A curious and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues, ask thoughtful questions, and help improve day-to-day processes and consistency.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, with 3+ years of applicable experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related operational support role.

$56,300.00 - $101,394.99
