In this position, you will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, continuously improve our recruitment processes, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives that support Emerson’s growth. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of roles, from intake and sourcing through selection, offer, and onboarding support. + Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent needs, define inclusive job requirements, and create engaging, bias-aware job postings. + Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple channels (direct sourcing, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach). + Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and potential, ensuring a fair, consistent, and structured evaluation process. + Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing guidance to hiring teams on effective and inclusive interviewing practices. + Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data quality and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. + Prepare and present clear, data-driven KPI and recruitment metrics reports to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement. + Support employer branding and talent attraction activities, which may include events, digital campaigns, and partnerships with universities or professional organizations. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and helping to refine processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and candidate experience. + Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure alignment with Emerson’s talent strategies, values, and inclusive hiring standards. **Who You Are:** You build strong, trusting partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, even when priorities or viewpoints differ.
