Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Position Description:

CGI is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner with expertise in IT and payroll recruitment. In this role, you'll design and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in these key areas, contributing directly to CGI's growth and success.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
. Develop and execute targeted recruitment and sourcing strategies using referrals, social media, events, professional networks, market research, and other relevant channels.
. Regularly contribute fresh ideas and techniques to enhance talent acquisition practices within assigned business areas.
. Serve as a subject matter expert for recruitment events, including planning, coordination, and follow-up.
. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
. Cultivate professional networks and maintain a strong presence across relevant communities.
. Manage candidate data with accuracy and integrity in the applicant tracking system and other HR platforms, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and CGI's corporate standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 6+ years of experience in full-cycle technical and payroll recruitment.
. Proven success recruiting IT professionals in high-volume environments.
. Demonstrated ability to fill niche and specialized roles.
. Skilled in sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
. Collaborative mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of information efficiently.
. Results-driven with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
. Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
