Overview The Recruitment Marketing Project Lead is responsible for the hands-on execution of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance talent engagement, drive lead flow, and support hiring goals. This role primarily operates Horizon 1, ensuring marketing activations directly impact immediate hiring needs. This position collaborates closely with Service Delivery Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Leads, providing guidance, tools, and marketing expertise to help recruiters sell effectively. Additionally, the Recruitment Marketing Project Lead manages CRM activations and organic and paid campaigns and provides strategic coaching to recruiters on improving candidate engagement through inMails, job posts, and social media presence. Strong stakeholder management is critical, as this role bridges marketing strategies and real-world recruitment execution. Responsibilities I. Recruitment Marketing Execution & Stakeholder Support Work directly with recruiters and TA Leads to provide marketing guidance, tools, and best practices for talent engagement; Educate and coach recruiters on how to sell in their individual channels, optimize their LinkedIn presence, write effective InMails, and create engaging job posts; Partner with recruiting teams to align recruitment marketing efforts with immediate hiring priorities and regional market needs; Act as the point person for recruitment marketing inquiries, ensuring recruiters have the right materials, messaging, and insights to attract top talent. II. CRM Activation & Digital Engagement Own and execute CRM activations, defining target personas, engaging brand followers, and building online talent networks to nurture candidate pipelines; Ensure CRM strategies align with hiring team objectives, helping recruiters optimize talent pools for long-term success; Audit and optimize in-market career website pages, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong employer brand presence; Leverage social media recruitment tactics to increase employer brand visibility and drive candidate engagement. III. Recruitment Campaign Management Plan, launch, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns (organic and paid) that drive candidate attraction and conversion; Manage the execution of localized recruitment ads, social media activations, job promotions, and hiring event marketing; Collaborate with external media agencies and internal content teams to ensure effective, targeted marketing efforts; Ensure recruitment marketing content aligns with employer brand messaging while reflecting local market nuances and cultural relevance. IV. Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Optimization Track, measure, and report on recruitment marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement; Use Google Analytics, Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM data to evaluate campaign success and inform future marketing strategies; Maintain a marketing calendar, ensuring the timely execution of activations and alignment with hiring goals; Provide real-time insights to recruiters and TA leaders, helping them refine messaging, targeting, and engagement tactics based on data-driven learnings. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or media planning; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Strong expertise in CRM platforms, managing candidate engagement and talent nurturing strategies; Hands-on experience in social media recruitment marketing, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and paid social media platforms; Proficiency in digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, and CRM reporting dashboards; Ability to optimize recruiter-driven content, helping hiring teams improve InMails, job posts, and employer brand presence; Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and delivering campaigns on time and within budget. Preferred Qualifications: Experience collaborating with Service Delivery Recruiters and TA Leads to drive bottom-funnel recruitment marketing strategies; Knowledge of recruitment CRM best practices, talent pipelining, and lead generation strategies; Experience managing external media agencies and paid job advertising campaigns; Passion for candidate experience and innovative talent attraction strategies.
