Talent Acquisition Associate

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
+ Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable.
+ Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.
+ Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.
+ Maintain timely and clear communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience.
+ Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers.
+ Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.
+ Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.
+ Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.
+ Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.
Experience of using any ATS platform is preferred.
