Overview Find The Path for Your Career That Starts with Purpose at Signature! + Responsible for recruiting and interviewing non-exempt and exempt job openings in a high-volume environment. + Assist with special projects to include ATS administrative support and partner with The Agency to identify brand strategies and guidelines. How you Will make a difference + Proactively identify and recruit candidates, using established recruitment strategies. Assist in establishing best practice recruitment efforts and comply with enterprise-wide recruitment practice. + Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers within lines of business and educate them on the recruitment process. + Review all applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description and requirements. + Effectively phone screen all relevant applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection. + Schedule interviews for candidate with hiring managers and interview teams. + Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams, consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps. + Manage high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search agency relationships, ongoing pipelining in and mining of talent from applicant tracking system. + Maintain up to date record keeping in ATS to provide transparency to the rest of the recruiting team managers, while also ensuring integrity of reporting data. What you Need to make a Difference + High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred. + Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates required. Relevant experience in the healthcare industry a plus. + Strong knowledge of recruiting and applicant tracking systems. + Strong knowledge of recruiting and interviewing strategies. + Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. + Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
