Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and process-oriented Functional Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. _This is a full-time temporary contract opportunity._
In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the global implementation of AI/ATS technology, our cutting-edge AI-driven recruiting platform. You will not only manage the project timeline but also serve as the functional expert who bridges the gap between technical configuration in Workday and the practical realities of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will be the architect of a modernized candidate experience, transforming how we hire talent in North America and beyond. This position is based in the Latin America (LATAM) region.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
+ Lead Strategic AI Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end launch of the Artificial intelligence solution, defining how the AI will overlay and interact with Workday. You will translate complex Talent Acquisition business requirements into a seamless user experience, ensuring the solution enhances the entire recruiting funnel from application to hire.
+ Optimize End-to-End Recruiting Processes: Utilize your deep functional knowledge of recruiting to act as a bridge between technical teams and business users. You will map current workflows, identify friction points, and design future-state processes that leverage automation to reduce administrative burden for recruiters and hiring managers.
+ Drive Agile Project Execution: Create and manage dynamic project plans using Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies. You will monitor timelines, proactively track and resolve risks, and maintain detailed documentation of key milestones to ensure the project meets its commitments and delivers measurable ROI.
+ Champion Change & Stakeholder Alignment: Drive enablement and change management strategies to ensure high user adoption. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR Tech, HR Service Delivery, TA Leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams) to influence decision-making and manage the transition from implementation to post-launch support.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
+ 5+ years of experience in project management, with specific experience leading large-scale recruiting technology implementations (any TA recruiting technology) from start to finish on a global scale.
+ Strong functional knowledge of Workday and the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
+ Proven ability to apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking to HR process optimization.
+ Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, with a track record of influencing and driving outcomes in complex, cross-functional global environments.
+ Experience driving enablement and change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and long-term project success.
What We Offer (Benefits)
+ Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
+ Flexible work options to support work-life balance.
+ Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a global organization
