What This Job Involves:
 

Own talent acquisition strategy and delivery for EMEA region across Technology, Marketing, Outsourcing Services (Finance, Lease Advisory, Portfolio Operations), Property Development Services, and Tetris Design. Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and drive recruitment best practices throughout the full hiring lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build relationships with hiring managers (up to C-Level) across EMEA and globallyDrive pipeline velocity, volume, diversity, and conversion ratesCoach stakeholders on recruitment best practicesInnovate sourcing methods beyond traditional channels (LinkedIn, job boards)Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality submissionsSupport ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

Fluency in English, German, and PolishGeneralist recruitment background across multiple disciplinesProven track record increasing pipeline velocity, volume, diversity, and conversionExperience coaching hiring managers and improving hiring processesStrong customer service delivery to candidates and stakeholdersProficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Talent Suite, and recruitment automation tools
