POSITION OBJECTIVE
Coordinate the hourly selection process to fulfill the operations requirements
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement strategies to attract hourly candidates to fulfill the Operations hiring needs
Maintain the hourly workforce plan
Coordinate and support internal promotion process (post, interview, selection, assessment, promotion)
Coordinate invoice payment
Coordinate and support new employee files creation
Coordinate and support technician selection
Coordinate and support transfer of employees from Temp to BRP employee
Participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy
SKILLS:
Evaluation and interpretation of psychometric batteries
Effective communication
Microsoft Office and Google suites
Continuous improvement
Employees files management
English
EDUCATION:
Bachelors
EXPERIENCE:
Years: 2
In: Recruitment and selection
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
French or german is an advantage.
