Step into a role as a a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where you will screen candidates generated by local franchise recruiting efforts and present candidates to local offices. Understand specific market/position needs. The TAA supports and enthusiastically promotes the company’s mission and goals, using brand and market/position-specific distinguishers to engage candidates while ensuring positions are filled quickly. The TAA partners closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure program quality goals are met without interruption. Talent Acquisition Advisors act as diversity and inclusion champions to drive diversity recruiting efforts in the areas supported.
This is a full-time temporary role with estimated work between September to January.

Responsibilities:
Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:
Follow established legalities, systems and standards for interviewing, hiring, and applicant tracking.
Review new applicants for all positions and attempt contact within one business day via multiple communication methods or disposition applicants as not suitable due to specific factors such as geography, pay requirements, or experience.
Conduct phone interviews and either schedule for interview with local office or disposition applicants as not suitable.
Schedule interviews for hiring managers as appropriate, ensuring high quality candidate care and interaction.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to gain insights into positions, location specific needs and unique attributes. Create weekly update that is shared with to report on progress and pipelines as reported by S/S partner.
Work closely with Assistant Talent Acquisition Advisors to make sure they are aligned and understand each franchise owner they supports’, hiring needs
Conference regularly with Manager, Recruiting Services to develop and evaluate recruitment efforts/strategic plans, sharing regular reports with regional managers.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) until compliance stage.
Conduct reference checks for franchise owners who opt into the service with Recruiting Shared Services
Qualifications:
Experience conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
Previous experience supporting multi-location or franchise organizations is a plus.
Background working with diversity recruiting initiatives is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of interviewing best practices, EEO, and hiring compliance standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skilled in collaboration and communication with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
Enthusiastic team player with a service-oriented mindset and commitment to positive candidate experience.
Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, including franchise owners, hiring managers, and candidates.
Ability to identify and communicate market-specific insights (e.g., pay expectations, geography-based challenges).
Availability to work within standard business hours with occasional flexibility to support varied time zones.

New Applicant Contact Rate: Initial contact made within 1 business day
Phone Screen Completion Rate: Minimum of 56% of applicants must have a completed phone screen
Interview-to-Offer Conversion Rate: At least 80% interview-to-offer rate per franchise owner
Qualified Applicant Flow: Maintain a steady pipeline of screened and qualified candidates
Interview Scheduling Efficiency: Prompt coordination of interviews with minimal delays
Time-to-Interview: Minimize time between application and interview scheduling
Owner Satisfaction: Ensure timely communication, professionalism, and responsiveness
ATS Compliance: All applicants properly dispositioned and tracked through the compliance stage

ATS: JazzHR and Internal CRM

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $59,000 - $60,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
