This role will support recruiting for the India geomarket and will be flexed to provide recruitment support across other countries within the APAC region as needed.

About the Role:

Recruitment & Selection: Manage full‑cycle recruitment such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, present qualified shortlists and provide recommendations to hiring managers, and closing candidates for a variety of roles.Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build recruitment plans, and align on timelines.Process & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday). Utilize all the available job boards, CRM (Gem) and AI tools. Ensure recruitment compliance, support process improvements, and prepare hiring reports for leadership.Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline: Promote employer brand, participate in internal and external recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard‑to‑fill roles. Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices.SLA Adherence: Achieve target metrics for number of hires, time‑to‑fill, aging of requisitions, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion rates.

About You:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in TA/full‑cycle recruitment in a similar recruitment field or in volume hiring (in‑house, RPO, or shared services).Knowledge and experience in handling recruitment for India and other APAC countries.Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management, Professional Services, Trades recruitment experience is ideal (but not mandatory)Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferable) and Candidate Relationship Management (GEM),and leveraging systems to grow and engage the internal candidate database.
