We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce. In this role, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent, and deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience. In this role, you’ll primarily be supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams, although this may change depending on business needs.
We are looking to hire in either our Waukesha WI or Billerica MA locations. This positions is hybrid and requires 4 days a week in office.
**Major Responsibilities**
**Full-Cycle Recruitment Process:**
+ Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer acceptance
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job postings, interview strategies, and ideal candidate profiles
+ Ensure a consistent, structured, and equitable interview process
+ Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
**Candidate Sourcing and Screening:**
+ Use a variety of sourcing channels (CRM, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates
+ Screen candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment
**Candidate Experience:**
+ Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
+ Provide clear communication, timely feedback, and a high-touch experience from start to finish
**Stakeholder Collaboration:**
+ Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
+ Provide insights on market trends, hiring best practices, and candidate availability
+ Keep stakeholders up to date with regular recruitment metrics and status updates
**Employer Branding:**
+ Collaborate with the employer brand team to highlight our culture and career opportunities through social media and events
+ Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
**Data Management and Reporting:**
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
+ Run reports on recruitment activities and metrics
**Minimum Job Requirements**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent Experience
**Work Experience:**
+ 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
+ Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:**
+ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software, Workday preferred
+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
+ Excellent relationship-building skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ High level of accuracy in managing candidate information and recruitment documentation
+ Thorough approach to screening and evaluating candidates
+ Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges
+ Proactive and resourceful approach to finding solutions
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
