Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide strategic recruitment advice tailored to role and organisational needs.Develop job advertisements and talent attraction strategies aligned with Minor Hotels’ brand.Manage end-to-end recruitment, from shortlisting to offer negotiations, ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.Advise on salary, conditions, and market trends, aligning with industry and company standards.Conduct reference checks and assessments to select candidates aligned with Minor Hotels’ culture and needs.Collaborate with the People and Culture team and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies using market insights.Optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy, compliance, and real-time reporting.Champion diversity, inclusion, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.Qualifications2+ years in agency or internal recruitment, with a proven record of high-quality outcomes.Deep expertise in recruitment practices, market trends, and strategies, adept at influencing stakeholders.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, building trust with stakeholders.Strong organisational skills, excelling in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for learning and driving organisational success.Independent and collaborative, embodying Minor Hotels’ Partnership-driven values.Human Resources or related qualification (preferred, not essential).Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
