Description Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we build a strong and diverse team by identifying high-quality talent and providing an outstanding candidate experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments. + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define sourcing strategies. + Source and attract candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. + Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. + Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the process. + Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. + Enhance employer brand by delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience. + Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
