What You'll Do

 

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will play an important role in supporting the recruitment of top talent for BCG. With a strong interest in recruitment, an organized mindset, and attention to detail, you will assist in various stages of the recruitment lifecycle for Business Services-related positions – from coordinating job postings and interviews to supporting candidate communication and onboarding activities.

 

In close collaboration with Central Europe Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll prioritize and align hiring needs, drive tailored search strategies, and coordinate the full interview and selection process. Working hand in hand with our internal team, you will help identify and engage outstanding candidates, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.

 

Our collaboration is built on trust, support, and team spirit.  You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams across multiple countries, gaining exposure to diverse recruitment markets and practices.

 

This is a part-time position with a flexible timetable, making it ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience alongside their studies.

 

What You’ll Do

Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across the CEE region, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Assisting with candidate sourcing and contributing to the implementation of effective search strategies.Maintaining and managing recruiting databases, tracking candidate pipelines, and preparing recruitment reports.Coordinating interview scheduling.Conducting market and candidate research to support recruitment initiatives.Providing administrative and operational support to recruiters across different locations.

What You'll Bring

Enrollment in a university degree program, ideally in psychology, humanities, or a HR related field.A previous internship in HR or in a professional business services environment would be a plus.High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Fluency in English (German is a plus).Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, autonomous work style with a strong results-oriented mindset.
