YOUR ROLE
At P&G, our HR professionals are leaders who apply their talents and skills to play a strategic role in the success of our global brands and our people. As an HR Manager with us, you'll have the responsibility to lead organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function.

Build HR Mastery – Your HR career in P&G will be rotating in different HR professional areas to accelerate your functional mastery and leadership skills to become the future CHRO. We will develop your HR fundamental skills via assignment rotation in Talent Practice Team, Employee & Labor Relations Team, Compensation & Benefits Team, HRSS Team, HR Business Partner… and more! You will not only develop yourself by functional knowledge but also different market practices via cross-market assignments. WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Currently working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited university in 2024 OR 0-3 years of work experience after graduation. Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills. Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem-solving. Strong in communication and collaboration with others. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
