Position Objective:

The Tailor provides a personal service to each client specializing in modifications and adjustments. The Tailor will complete repair work, and alterations, to suit a customer’s needs. The customer will then come back to the shop for a fitting and to see if further alterations are needed. 

Key Responsibility:

Be able to communicate clearly and provide personal customer service. Have the ability to work to deadlines. Completing alterations to garments using a thread or sewing machine Adapting and developing existing designs Drawing patterns or altering existing patterns Ironing garments Perform other related duties as required.

Desired Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a tailor or similar role preferred.
