The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager-level Solution Architect with expertise in Tagetik to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting practice. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and delivery of Tagetik solutions

The ideal candidate will have a consulting background, deep understanding of finance processes (planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting), and strong client engagement skills.

 

Your key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture of Tagetik solutions for financial planning, consolidation, and regulatory reporting. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice-based Tagetik solutions. Design data models, workflow logic, calculation rules, and reporting frameworks. Act as solution lead for large-scale Tagetik implementations across various industries. Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and client expectations. Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to ensure successful delivery. Write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for Targetik Conduct system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.  Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, finance directors, and transformation leaders. Conduct business process reviews and propose EPM improvements. Lead workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.  Define and oversee data integration with ERPs and data warehouses.  Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data flows. Implement data security, access controls, and workflow governance. Optimize performance of complex calculations, reports, and data loads. 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

6–10 years of experience in EPM/CPM consulting or finance transformation. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tagetik implementation (certification a plus). Strong knowledge of finance processes: FP&A, budgeting, consolidation, and close. Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage full project lifecycles in consulting/professional services. Familiarity with data integration tools and scripting (SQL, ETL tools). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
(CPA/MBA a plus.) Exposure to other CPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC) is a plus. Experience with cloud deployments and upgrades.
