Position Overview

Leidos Defense Group is hiring Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructors to train and certify 361 ISRG personnel in Modes 1, 2, and 3—and future Modes as they emerge. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in ISR and SIGINT missions. You’ll lead initial and recertification courses, develop cutting-edge training material, and shape the next generation of Tactical Systems Operators.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instruction as an NSA-certified ISR/SIGINT subject matter expertDevelop and maintain CMCT curriculum IAW 361 ISRG training guidance and POICreate and update TSE Aircrew Training Device scenarios aligned with SOILiaise with tacticians and SMEs to ensure training reflects current operational trendsConduct classroom instruction, test proctoring, and certification evaluationsTrack and implement changes to certification requirementsSupport development of advanced TTPs for emerging technologiesCollaborate across ISRG, subordinate squadrons, and IC elements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)Prior aircrew experience and SIGINT systems operation preferredExperience with high-value target analysis databasesActive TS/SCI clearance (required)Previous A-STG operator experienceCertified as Mode Instructor in at least one of Modes 1–3 and Operator in two of Modes 1–3Ability to obtain Instructor Certification in all three ModesDeep understanding of TSO mission and Mode certification processStrong independent work ethic and team collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilities

Pay Range:Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
