Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tableau Developer in Maryland Heights, MO. Summary: Our Reporting Center of Excellence is seeking a Tableau Developer with an investigative mentality. The group ranges from junior to mid-level talent, and we're now looking to bring in a heavy hitter - someone with deep expertise, particularly in Tableau and data analytics, to set the standard. Key Tasks: * Tableau Developer will design and develop end-to-end dashboards using Tableau, translating complex data into clear insights * Build and write custom SQL queries to support reporting needs * Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, especially around: IT system health (e.g., response time, errors, etc.); Business impact analysis of system issues on customer orders; Code quality metrics; Numerous ad hoc reporting requests * As a Tableau Developer, you will define and implement reporting standards and best practices across the team * Act as a thought leader in data analysis, promoting curiosity, ownership, and process improvement * Present insights to stakeholders and support the storytelling behind the data * Pivot quickly to adapt to new priorities in a fast-moving environment
